Pre-order a locally raised turkey from Radish Farm Stop!

Radish is thrilled to be partnering with local turkey farmer Scott Haase of Blue Dirt Farm to supply pasture and woodland raised turkeys to our community.

Located in Blue Earth, Minnesota, Scott raises premium traditional breed bronze broad-breasted turkeys with a focus on sustainable and regenerative land management.
Once they're out of the brooder and up to the task, turkeys are entirely pasture and woodland raised! They enjoy access to diverse foraging, woodland cover, and even a mobile roost.
The turkey’s diet was 100% non-GMO and certified organic feed. Any crop consumed by animals on pasture has no sprays or chemical treatments of any kind applied!
At Blue Dirt Farm, an incredible amount of care goes into these turkeys, and the land they live and feed on. We’re so pleased to be working with Scott to bring Blue Dirt Farm turkeys to the community.
1. Choose a bird that best fits your needs via the pre-order form below. We recommend 1.25-1.5 lbs of turkey per person plus extra if you'd like leftovers! Blue Dirt Farm turkeys are available in three size ranges: 13-14 lbs, 14-15 lbs, and 15-16 lbs. We will do our best to pair you with your requested size, but there may be slight variation depending on availability.
2. Choose your ideal pickup date, and time range. All birds will be picked up at Radish Farm Stop (5357 Penn Ave S, Minneapolis, MN)
Note: Turkeys will be refrigerated not frozen on pickup
3. You will pay a $30 deposit to claim your bird. The remainder of your balance will be paid at pickup.
4. Check your email and mark your calendar! You will receive a confirmation email with a copy of your responses - note that it may end up in your spam! Make sure you note your pickup day and time range on your calendar, and get excited to cook up a delicious, pasture raised, local turkey!
All turkeys will be available for pickup at Radish Farm Stop, (5357 Penn Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55419). Please select the pick-up date and time slot that works best for you during checkout. We will confirm you pick-up date and time in a confirmation email. Turkeys will be fresh, not frozen, so they’re ready for cooking!
